How many of you have noticed that some of hte cargo [V] ships carry is totaly silly?

like if you played the last mission and look at the cargo the ships are carrying you would notice things like Lauren Abbots journal or parkers boots...

I'm sure there's more, but I havn't checked. [V] put things like this everywhere (like the vasudan on the stasis)

And yeah, all the cargo in the last mission is referencing Red Faction, Descent or Summoner series.

I always regretted that Dravis' Diary was destroyed in the Capella supernova.

Presumably Satis.  And it's because there's (like so many of the FS1 ships) a dead Vasudan in the debris.

Here's another one.  Play "Silent Threat" and during the 2nd mission, check out what's in the Vasudan cargo containers (scan to reveal)... or you can just open the mission up in FRED.

I set cargo to silly things if you bother to scan containers in my missions. Or will when I release them.

i'm thinking it was some form of advertising.
