it's because they're stupid. in fact the whole damn place sucks. since we're on the subject of cellphones, did you know that the former president of south africa's wife was in her apartment one day (pretty high-class apartment i'd presume) when the apartment's security guard knocked on the door. not thinking anything of it (she recognized the security guard) she opened the door. the security guard then stabbed her, and stole (guess what?): her cell phone. as if that's not bad enough, the dumass then proceeded to make a call from the cellphone, the call was traced, and he was arrested.
