When I start the game, it starts on the right-sided monitor.

It always used to start on the left-side monitor until I reinstalled Vista.

Does anyone have a solution?

Did you have a setting in vista you used to decide what screen games run on before you uninstalled?

Primary monitor setting? Or a config in the video card's control panel?

Use your video card's util to set the primary monitor to the other monitor. (The one the Start Menu is on should be the one the game opens in.) Do you have ATI or nVidia? I can give you directions if you want.
