Except the knossos is on the wrong side of shivan space for that.
Knossos 1 in GD
Knossos 2 is in the nebula. No shivan comm nodes there to control it.
Knossos 3 is in the staging area. Why have three comm nodes there?
The shivans evidently don`t need a comm node in the nebula to keep knossos 2 open so why would they need one for knossos 3?
Even if they did need comm nodes to open the portals how did the shivans get onto that side of the portal in the first place. Knossos 3 leads deeper into shivan space but the comm nodes are on the ancient side of the portal not the shivan side.
