Do the PMs not work?

I think the personal message system may be broken.  I sent one to Kalfireth two days ago, and one to Raa today, and neither appear in my outbox.  Is there a problem?

NOTE: Lock and delete this thread if I am wrong.

Second post like this in a week.  There's a checkbox that's unchecked by default that saves a copy; it doesn't appear in your outbox folder automatically unless you do that.
who needs a signature? ;)

That thing really should be selected by default. This had me confused for a while too.
