Lightspeeds nebulas in ShivanSPS pack?
are Lightspeeds nebulas included with the 3.6.8 VPs and/or the Torrent from ShivanSpS?

If they arent, I need to install them....

Well seeing as how that pack includes Derilict SCP, and Derilict SCP requires Lightspeeds Nebuleas, I'd say yes.

That's not a safe assumption thesizzler, and I don't know that "I'd say" is an appropriate answer to this question.  It's a valid question, and one that I don't know the answer to.  It's tough to check without actually running, but if you run in to missions with either no nebula backgrounds at all or an error message telling you that they are missing, then they are missing.
