Just one thing - volumetrics aren't the best way of making beams on MAX... if you want a quick tutorial on one of the other ways, contact me on ICQ (that is, if my ICQ gets to work...)

Personally, I like how these came out, especially the violet beams.  But could you box up your tutorial into an email for me?  That would work better.... As long as at least the basics are there, I can figure it out.

BTW, these aren't supposed to replicated FS2 beams.

I know, I know, and they do look good. I think it's just that I got so used to Freespace style beams that anything else just seems... wrong.
