HTML charset goes screwy when changing hosts.
I'm using a specific foreign charset (windows-1250 I think) on a website. It works fine on one host, but when I upload the files to a different host some characters come out wonky. What gives? Has anyone run into this problem before? I poked around on the admin panel, but it doesn't mention anything about adjusting character sets, and anyway I thought they worked independently of the host.
