Looks like a pretty nice guitar mate.

I play a nice Ibaneze acoustic / electric guitar. I'd been playing for a while before then, and knew I was going to continue playing so I invested a little more into mine.

But a nice sounding guitar is a nice sounding guitar. Good luck with it if you grab it!

New strings will usually always detune at first. You just have to wait for them to stretch in.

And damn that looks like a nice guitar CD... very nice.

V ery nice indeed, I gotta say i bought it back around 2001-2002 but never bothered learning til about a year and a half back, I reckon the best aid  i had apart from a milf (mates mum) who is a qualiied teacher is the rock guitar for dummies dvd. they have an accoustic version also. Theres a funny morman lookin bloke and it teaches you coombyah (sp?)

I've been learning to play on and off for several years or so, first started when I was a younging because Dad plays, so learnt off of him.

I recently (end of 2005) decided I was going to get back into it and be more serious about it so invested in the new guitar. Mine was around the AUS $800 mark with hard case, stand, handfull of picks, tuner, strap, etc thrown in.
It's a really nice guitar and I've definitly had fun playing on it again. (godsend for stress relief during exams etc)

When I can afford to I'm going to nab some lessons at the same place I bought it from too. I want to catch up with a few people too, as quite a few people in the family play guitar or variaus musical instruments much better than I currently do. So I should be able to pick up a few things from them again.

Best way to learn new stuff in my opinion is jamming with another player. (who has patience)
