To be honest I got it immediately just because I was looking for it, and I've read a few magic books in my time. It's just misdirection, because the site asked you to concentrate on the one card, and stare at that one card, I thought "What if I didn't, what if I memorised them all before I click on one of the eyeballs" It became obvious after that!!

@WMCoolman - did you read the reaction that said "Tried it three times, didn't work twice, better luck next time!!" 

The point is it always works!, your card is always removed!!
