Not sure if this is where this goes?

I've been trying to load the Incursion campaign from Freespace Wiki.I follow what the read me text says to do(copy all files to the data folder) but the game does not show the Incursion campaign to be loaded any one have any ideas?

p.s.I am trying to load it on the reatail version of freespace 2.
