I used to have FS2 on my computer, loved it, scratched the disks, forgot about it. Now that I have seen this, I want it again, on my laptop. It is a very powerful gaming laptop, better than an average desktop computer, but the downloads don't work! I know almost nothing about programming, file types, ect. A few links say something about torrent, and can't recognise it. The one with the actual game installs (after a long wait) then can't find some files! I don't know what is wrong, but can someone give me a link that works? I think the links might need constant internet connection, running off a site somewhere, instead of being completly installed. Is this true, and if so, where can I get it off-line? I want to play it without having to have constant internet.

1. I already answered your question in the topic you posted in before.
2. Yes, my Installer needs an internet connection while it runs. However, it will take JUST AS LONG as any other download. I don't see why you have a problem with it. It just downloads as it runs, instead of requiring all the bandwidth up-front.

You're rapidly showing yourself to be one of those people that it isn't worth my time to help.

EDIT: I just re-read your post. The Installer needs a constant internet connection, but the game it installs does not.
