Don't know if this is the right forum for this, but is there a tutorial out there on how to make command briefing ANIs?  Or if there isn't an outright tutorial, at least a list of required tools?  Thanks

Not really, but it's easy. If you can render, render to the correct size (iirc its 440x200 but its been a long while since I made one) and convert them to 256-colour pcx images. If you can match their palletes, all the better, but sometimes you dont need to. Name the files sequentially, file0000.pcx - filennnn.pcx and run it through the anibuilder application available from descent-network.net (or is it com?)
