i want a minimize button.   

when im modding/scripting i like to leave my launcher open so i can quickly run the game to test something. but sence theres no way to minimize it it just floats there hiding a large chunk of my desktop. id like to be able to drop it down so its not in my way.

This one might not be as minor but how about a launch FRED button that would use the same mod and flags.  Not that I need it but with all the posts I've seen asking about why ships and weapons from mods don't appear in FRED.  Well you get the idea.

Major launcher changes (like FRED) are very unlikely. The launcher has basically reached the end of it's development cycle and apart from minor changes is unlikely to be touched since it's going to be replaced further down the road.

The iconise button might be nice though.

Heh, I had to open it up and double check cause I could swear I'd minimized it before...

Turns out you can.  What I do is click the Launcher in the taskbar when it is already open.

Orrr, WIN+D makes everything minimize and then you can bring programs back up one by one.

IIRC it should just be a matter of somebody going and changing an option in a drop-down box in the Launcher dialog's resource file properties.
