Missing Weapons.

Playing through the Main Campaign with SCP 3.6.9 (everything else works), I am missing some weapons. From the first few missions and then the nebula missions it is very noticeable as I have not choice for secondary weapons.

Seems the Tempest and Rock-eyes are missing. Anyone know why this is and or how to fix it?

Have all the update to date VPs.

Using OpenGL btw, not that I believe that makes any difference.
