unable to register with mantis

I tried creating an account on mantis (username draeath, email draeath.gmail@com (swap . and @))

It has been half a week and I did not recieve a confirmation email ( i did check my spam folder )

On re-registration attempt, it states that that username already exists... but I cannot log in (says account disabled or does not exist)
