I was gonna make a venom shivan, but it's difficult to photoshop stuff so it looks black and not grayscale but is still visible.

Those are photoshopped? I though you guys were rendering these from a model with a custom texture set. O.o

Cool man - Hey Carl, how did u colour the vasudan like that - i just used polygonal lassos and filled em red. The main thing was the whatever u call that thing on the back of superheroes thing - cape i think , that took time to draw - to give it that cloth like look - lots of smudging involved - in the end looks like its hand painted

i used the color blending option on the brush tool then used a 50% transparent paint bucket fill. then just mess with the hue and contrast a bit.
