I apologize again for leaving yet another question on this forum but...

I was wondering where I could get all the voice packs for FS2? I cannot seem to get them through Turey's installer...

Again, I thank you for the assistance and apologize for my impudence

There's only one voice pack for the main FS2 campaign. stu_fs2.vp which you'll find in the main FS2 folder. Now the mods are a different question as these may or may not have voice. FS1 port and Derelict should have voice. Transcend sorta does for certain bits but is quiet most of the time.

Sorry it took so long to respond - my laptop crashed and I only just now could reboot it - luckily I have backups of all my stuff. Yet my problem persists.

I simply cannot find the voice file for FS2 - I have it for FS1 and all the other modules, just not FS2. Is there a site I can download this thing from anywhere? As I said Turey's Installer can't solve the problem as it apparently sees none :( Please help, this game is too good to be played with Microsoft Sam or whatever that God awful HAL remake is!

It should be an optional extra with Turey's installer.

Thats what my problem is - it will not DL through Turey's, and I am having a helluva time finding it anywhere else. Is there anyplace at all that I can DL it? I know Hotu has a feature in which you can DL individual files... I'll try that.

Open up FreeSpace2/Installer/installedversions.txt and remove these four lines:
Code: [Select]
NAME
FreeSpace2 Voice
VERSION
Version 1

Then run the Installer again.
