Well if there aren't too many a quick work around would be to use waypoints once for those not starting at the first waypoint. Then when they reach the last waypoint have then just do waypoints. Using your example and lets say 5 waypoints in the path the initial orders for the corvette would be waypoints once waypoint 4. Event 1 would be waypoints done (waypoint 4), clear goals, add goal wapypoint once waypont 5. Event 2 would be waypoint done (waypoint 5), clear goals, add goal waypoint path. There may be an easier way but that's the best I can come up with off the top of my head.
