hey guys. when i run FRED2 open (3.6.9), i get this error..

my graphics card is a nvidia geforce 7300GT, i am using what i think to be the latest drivers and all - and i am stumped. i've received problems in other applications too since i've made the upgrade from my geforce 6600 LE. please assist
