Fighters, Bombers, Multiple Layered Shielding, Multiple Reactors, Multiple Phaser Strips in each direction, GET RID OF ALL THE CUSHY CRAP!!!!!!!!! (except the holodeck, i mean..... that'd just be...... cruel)

Better target practice training for all Starfleet crewmen. Why is it that they can't hit So'na from ten feet away down a straight corridor with semi-automatic rifles?

I would put flames on the side of all starships that would make them look cooler and thereby noby would mess with them, also I create lots of Omega particals (or watever they where called) and simply spread them out throuout the romulan star empire that would mean no troubles from them.

Also make clones of Captain Kirk, Janeway, Spock, Picard
