Dawn of War has a bit of a problem...

I'm pretty sure its not a driver or any problem with my computers parts, as it worked fine just before I re-installed it the third time.  I've tried everything to get rid of it, reinstalling it, updating GFX card drivers, even deleting the folder and starting from scratch.
Edit: and no, it is not because its running in windowed mode.
