Just need a pice of advise...

When I am tweaking details in a fs2 mission, I always have to start fs2_open, then load the mission, then test ist, then END fs2_open, then go to fred , tweak a little, and then I have to start via the launcher again....

Always starting and ending fs2 takes much time, is there no way to speed things up when you are adjusting things in FRED2 ?
Haveing fs2open active and alt-escaping comes with messed up grafics if you want to let it pop up again.

What do you guys do ?

I always run FS2 in a window when I'm working on a mission. Then all I need to do is (remember to) save the mission in FRED and restart it in FS2.
