Skyboxes seem to block the light from suns
So, I have a skybox with a sun in it, and I wanted to move the sun to the skybox sun to keep it from looking half-assed. But I don't see any light coming from the sun. I'm not sure if there's any light coming from it at all. I'm using taylor's XT 10/28 build.
To consider the Earth as the only populated world in infinite space is as absurd as to assert that in an entire field of millet, only one grain will grow. - Metrodorus of Chios
I wept. Mysterious forces beyond my ken had reached into my beautiful mission and energized its pilots with inhuman bomb-firing abilities. I could only imagine the GTVA warriors giving a mighty KIAAIIIIIII shout as they worked their triggers, their biceps bulging with sinew after years of Ivan Drago-esque steroid therapy and weight training. - General Battuta

just stick an invisible sun behind the sun rendered into the skybox.

create a new sun and use a blank image for a texture.

There has to be an invisible sun
That gives us hope when the whole day's done

It's an obscure reference to an episode of "The Simpsons", the one where Mr Burns gets shot. At the start of that episode, Mr C. Montgomery Burns blocks the light of the sun over Springfield.

Quote from: Mr burns form the episode
"Hello Lamp, How's it glowing.
I come to watch your power flowing"

I'm surprised no-one got it? :wtf:

C'mon, "Who shot Mr Burns" was one of the most famous episodes, sort of like "Who shot JR" in Dallas, but then you're probably too young to remember that as well!
