as i say like the one in il2 sturmovik it can be a a program who read the info of the result of the misions and generate a new one based in calculations about
the number of EA ships in the system, level of raider activity, narn and centaury etc..
we can make a map about the situation at the begining of the campaing, give each faction levels of interest in planets and or stations and "war capacity" value to set if it won or loose a combat with an enemy, the player can change the face of war in missions, if the player destroy a raider base in one mission the raider activity in that system would be reducen if not deleted. if the player shoot at civilain centaury vessels, the centaury may get pissed off and turn fron neutral to hostiles (if the player don get killed by the EA for been a traitor)
