Hi and a PCS/MOI question
First, I'm not sure if this is the right forum for the PCS question, but it is code related so I'll dive in and hope for the best.
Kazan (if you're the main PCS coder?), is it possible/easy to grab the moment of inertia part of your code and implement it either within fs2open or inside an installer? The next build update to BtRL will need the MOI's recalc'd. Opening the POF's, autocalcing the MOI and resaving the files seems to work a treat at the moment (instead of another patch requiring a bunch of models with a small update).

If it's possible to tie into fs2open? Is it something the main coding gents would want or is it simply a one off change that has caused the MOI's to be out of whack, which means incorporating it would simply be a waste of code?

Second, Hello and thanks for having me (after I've kicked in the door and put my feet on your couch) :) I'm doing a bit of work for BtRL and it was mentioned I should introduce myself. I'm in NZ and a business app dev for an IT reseller, sim fanatic and scifi nut since knee high to a womprat yadda yadda. Having access to the code base has amazed me at how much work has been put into the project and how much I have to learn. But it's definitely fun ;)
