Sure it's not 10 Megabits instead of bytes?  That's my guess.  They are tricky with that stuff.  Because 10 Megabits per second = 1280 Kilobytes a second.  :sigh:
It's 10 megabits, which, as you say, should be 1300 kilobytes. We're getting 200 kilobytes.
