hi guys. I have a small problem, whenever i try to enter the 3.6.9 FRED, it says that I need to enable HTL, but i don't know how. Any help?

Also i downloaded Twist of fate from freespacemods and some ships appear invisible, altough i enabled jpg/tga. Again any help?

He means to create a shortcut to FRED, and add the -fredhtl command parameter to the target line.

As for your inviskible ship issue, are you running in OpenGL or D3D? Are your drivers up to date?

I think Turey's installer comes with a 3.6.10 build. If not, the board here has some builds. Most of the more recent ones are 3.6.10 builds.

In the Target box. Select your shortcut, right-click properties, and look for the Target box. At the end add -fredhtl, like so:

"D:\Games\Freespace 2\fred2_open_3_6_9.exe" -fredhtl
