Never heard that piece of music before unfortunately.  Are you sure its not just something from a stock archive of music for use with things like trailers and promo pieces?

I believe it's also used in the movie Excalibur.  Would make sense since the ship is the Excalibur.  No idea on the name is though. 
No-one ever listens to Zathras. Quite mad, they say. It is good that Zathras does not mind. He's even grown to like it. Oh yes. -Zathras

Seems very similar to Orff's "O Fortuna" (the finale, IIRC).

Anyone with a sony ericsson can use Track ID to identify it. Unfortunately i'm not able to as i'm stuck on a train being squished into a window seat by a large african woman. Not fun.

Well, that was the track used to the Combat scenes in the film Excalibur, so it's quite likely the same piece.
