I figured out how to put "beam" weaponry on ships that the players can actually USE... :D

And if anyone has done this before then :p

The Particle Beam Weapon from the Orbital Guard Project...

ahhh...good, he now puts 'beam' in quotes.

Good thing that it drains reactor in ~ 4 secs.

Side note of funny thing- put heat seeking on a  standard projectile weapon, and it turns towards the target but continues in a straight line.
