There are past topics about this, but they're in the long-distant past, so here goes nothing:

Is there any way to force a ship (fighter, to be exact) to roll, while flying waypoints? You know what I mean: I want it to fly corkscrews. Possible or not? If it's possible but hard, could you give me some detailed instructions on how to do it?

Are you limiting this to a FRED-only solution, or is this something you could use scripting with? If the latter, you can script the ship to have a desired angular velocity (I think)...

Never tried this but what about a repeating event using set-object-facing while adjusting the optional bank?
