For me, at least, the Clone Wars CG Movie and cartoon is rendered completely and utterly pointless by the fact that we already know where the plot's going to go and how it will ultimately end. Ten-to-one odds in favor of Lucas trying to pull some circle-jerking to get us to hope that maybe, maybe a Critical Plot Point X in Episode III will be overturned.

By that logic, Silent Threat: Reborn was an entirely useless campaign, because we all knew that the GTI would be defeated and the Hades destroyed at the end.
