Personally, I have problems with the use of the Lucys... :p

The problem with the Lucifer is it has so much Applied Phlebotinum in every nook and cranny of its existence that presenting it as a beatable foe is difficult without mimicking the end of FS1, and presenting it as an unbeatable foe smacks too strongly of the end of FS2.
