From the descriptions you've given it sounds like they'd be right up against the right hand side of the graph, no idea about up or down, but yea the graph....you need to read a lot of the text that goes with it

Social conservatives prefer fascism. They just don't recognize it as fascism because they're largely unaffected except they don't have to put up with people who disagree with them.

The rub is that enough regulation to curb that type of business is far less than the left would like to see.  You can regulate your economy into the ground and it won't be enough for some people.
