So yeah, after a few months of bugging the people on the modding forum and on the IRC channel with endless questions I managed to obtain the secrets of normal mapping, texturing, exporting to .pof, editing .pof's, editing tables, FREDing, making .ani's etc etc.
That combined with my own meager moddelling skills has produced something that one might call a campaign. (I'm not that good at this self promoting thing
)
This is a mod that is completely unrelated to the freespace universe, it's my own story and creation. I borrowed a skybox here and used a few models of Fs2 there and used music and sounds from gundam but that aside, I created it pretty much all myself. I'm aiming for a bit of an anime feel with this.
I've got around 9-10 missions done now and I feel like i'm start to lose sight of the bigger picture. So I guess it's time I called for a few beta testers for comments, balance, feedback and bug tracking and what not.

Edit: Oops forgot to mention, you need one of the later .11 nightlies. Since it uses an A.I. based on Fury's template and the 'untargeted heat seeker' flag etc.
