Manually editing ships shown in Tech Room
Hey Folks!

Just did my first steps into the FS2 Open World and i gotta say: DAMN. IMPRESSIVE.

But one thing bothers my while going along the missions of the main campaign: Some Ships are shown in the Techroom - Some not. Like the manticore or the basilisk and so on.

For now i read i can use Shift+s+ctrl but this will enable ships im not yet supposed to see and ships i dont want to see (voilition bravo...). Is there any way to edit this manually? I remember i edited the missions back in 2001 to enable them after a mission but for now i have no idea how i made this, i dont remember it- And maybe there is a easier way now.

Thanks for your time!

Play through the campaign and they will be added as you progress. Otherwise Ctrl+Shift+S is fine.

Re: Manually editing ships shown in Tech Room
What is show there is controlled by 2 things:  Table entries and the currently selected campaign.  Tables are set to show only show certain ships and weapons.  As stated above the campaign can add to the list as it progresses or right from the start.  If you are making your own campaign you can set them to show that way.  The other way is to make your own mod folder, extract the ships.tbl and weapons tables, place them in your mod folders data\tables directory and edit them to show by default.
