Ok, so suppose that I wana create a modified version of the GTF Loki with 6 gun mounts, 4 off to the side as normal, two new points underneath it. How do I add those new gun mounts. I know that the gun mounts are where the blobs of energy come out, regardless if what appears to be a barrel is there or not. I don't intend for a re-texture, but to add more mounts to the ship then move them down to where I want them to go. Is there any way possible to do this with pcs2?

Yes. Just go to gun points, hit the square for "New", then move it using the coordinate system underneath in PCS2.
Adding gunpoints only takes a few seconds if you're not wanting to modify geometry or textures.
