FS2 OGG cutscenes

Are they available somewhere for download?

would it also be placed along wit the cutscenes from the first FS? (eg. fsport\data\movies)

No, the pack would just be placed in the main FS2 directory or in mediavps\data\
Individual videos go in \movies\ , but VPs usually don't.

FreeSpaceMods doesn't have the .vp edition.

FS1 cutscenes go to \freespace2\fsport\data\movies\ .

FS2 Ogg cutscene .vp goes to \freespace2\ .
