If someone would like to see how much equal beam miss factors change mission balance, I've attached just that as a tbm file. Both retail and BP: AoA beams are covered.

I would be very interested in feedback to decide whether separate friendly/hostile miss factors are still better than same for all.

Tried Universal Truth on Blue Planet with the .tbm, considering this a first test it's pretty satisfactory so far, I'll keep trying other missions and let you know what my final verdict is.

And done. :)  It's now in trunk.  Test it out and see if it meets your satisfaction.  Miss factors can be specified for any team in iff_defs.tbl.
