Hey guys,
I am on the lookout for publicly released installation models that I would be able to use in my next project. I'm looking for something significantly smaller than the Arcadia. I'm thinking like a hideout for pirates of some sort, something that looks makeshift almost. If anyone's got any models they want to share or know of publicly released stuff, point me to it.

Sol Command's models would be a great place to start. He has a multitude of asteroid bases and other installations which he's released, though I'm not sure where his model dump is.

Have a look at them though honestly, good small installations are among the rarest mods. They basically don't exist. Maybe the closest thing you might like is th Bretonia[/ul]?

I found the Asteria quite appealing. It would fit in nicely with the story as a cut-down version of the Arcadia. The Chameleon will serve a purpose as well. The Bretonia was too impressive looking, imo. Thanks for all your help, guys, I think the Asteria will fit my purposes.

I was gonna suggest the Asteria but thought it might be too big. It's a good one.

IIRC the fighter bay paths on the Asteria are messed up.  I feel like I have the latest version from fsmods, but I could be wrong.  Just be wary when the fighters spawn next to the installation and then fly INTO the fighterbay until they crash. 

Amazing piece of work though.
