Testing FS2 + Steam = OK
Today i tryied to add Freespace 2 as a "non steam game", and worked perfectly.

Using the steam client to play FS2 gives me some good things, like having access to steam comunity all the time, allowing me to easily web browsing, chat with friends, group chat, and that incluides voice chat. All in-game.

Seems to be working fine.

I will have to come up with an amusing name for it now.

Perhaps...non-internet spaceships.
"Load sabot. Target Zaku, direct front!"

Strange. Mine seems to very much disagree with you. Hmmm....weird.

Did that a long time ago. When the intro movie plays, the little tab that pops up in the corner keeps looping its animation and doesn't go away until the intro ends. (You know, the tab that says that the steam overlay is on and to press Shift-Tab to go to it? That one)
This is my only contribution to FSSCP

These mods are made from natural code that we pump in from retail. If you tried to run one, it would be like standing outside with nostalgia and pure awesome shining on your face. It would also set your computer on fire, so don't actually do it.
