I cannot for the life of me get the 'stay near ship' AI order in FRED to work. Ships that receive it seem to just wander off.

Should I mantis this?

Also, is there any way we could get the 'form on my wing' order to be available in FRED?

Ping me on IRC or PM to remind me, and I'll trace the code to see exactly what behavior "stay near ship" invokes.

I somehow doubt it will be the magic "fight intelligently and aggressively, but don't stray too far and if you do don't just fly back in a straight line" fix I wish it were, but we might get lucky.
