Sounds good enough. But there are some things in the article that do make a good point that this is not the time for celebration. On the other hand, it is good to see some good example of trias politica.

Awesome. All they need to do now is remove the rest of the bull**** WB settlements, and we could potentially have a peace agreement on our hands. :0
