Campaigns that work well in co-op.
Me and a couple friends have been playing through the main Freespace 2 campaign co-op and it's been working quite well so far.
The only major issue that has come up so far is with The Mystery of the Trinity mission, where the Trinity blows up at the start of the mission and everyone jumps out before it even gets started  (if anyone knows how to get around this that would be nice.).

I was wondering if there are any other campaigns that play well in co-op.

No. Because the retail campaign and Operation Templar are the only multiplayer campaigns available.

Blue Planet has a few co-op missions in the multiplayer pack, including Forced Entry and Delenda Est. Try those.

I think there are also some multiplayer missions for The Babylon Project, but I'm not completely sure, never having played it online myself.
