Hunting a music video

Beware, stupid question/request ahead!

It had to be over 6-7 years ago when I saw a music video on one of the local channels. It featured people in racer uniforms racing around in an office with chairs, actually having a champagne celebration at the end of it.

Can't remember much of it. Does anyone recognize it?
