Is it possible to snatch a copy of Homeworld these days?  I see plenty of Cataclysm copies at my local stores but none for Homeworld.  Plus, I have Cataclysm and it kicks butt!  I want the original.  Any idea where to get it?

Also, is Homeworld "real-time"?  I've heard my friend say that you have to press this "action" button after ordering your units to go someplace or attack something, not the order and forget kind of thing, right?

HW is Real Time, you can pause the game and swing the camera around, select units, but thats it.
They dont sell the normal version anymore, but you should be able to find the GOTY edition at EB...

Homeworld's still a great game. You'll love the Homeworld ships better then catacylsm... HW:C ships just had pathetic firepower.

HW is definetelybetter than Cata. The only that Cata had that HW might have needed would be the Advanced Sensors ability (and the SC ). I have both, but since I can't remember my HW cd key I've been playing Cata online (under Nuclear1)

Yeah, I've almost always seen Homeworld and HWC sold side-by-side at games shops. It's a bit older than its descendant, but it was a lot more popular.
