Anyone know where to get old Lian Li case parts?

I'm looking for a Lian Li Plus II Fan and Duct Set.  Its for the side panel that has a window in it similar to this one..

what happened to just using a drill, a jigsaw, an 80 or 120 neon fan, a themed fan cover, a few screws and about half an hour to mod the side of a case
