What music is this? (BP intro)
It sounds familiar:

Really great stuff.

Also out of curiosity, do you guys have to worry about copyright stuff or not since this is non-profit.

It's called "Freedom Fighters" by Two Steps From Hell. As for copyrighted stuff, it's something we like to avoid thinking about :P In theory, we should be fine as long as we don't try to make a profit off of it, but actual Lawyers might disagree there.

Any other TSFH music to be featured in Part 2? BP rightfully gets a lot of praise for its music selection, so I'm curious about what goes into actually choosing the music.

Re: What music is this? (BP intro)
There is some, but TSFH music tends to be quite on-the-nose, and we want to avoid having too many tracks that feel like emotional bludgeons.

Brainstorming. And Darius. And the rest of the team. Mostly Darius though.

Speaking of the music I've been wondering where in the campaign is the song 'Human Step' played? For the longest time I thought it was the track that played during the temporary cease fire but it seems I was wrong. It's a great short track though a bit too upbeat and hopefull for most BP situations.

Human Step is played at the end of Aristeia, when Calder gives his speech, if memory serves.

Hmmm. Used to be Human Step, but I don't know if it ever was used in the released version.

Re: What music is this? (BP intro)
I definitely remember hearing it in release, but if it wasn't the ceasefire or Calder's speech I have no idea when.

I opened all the mission files in notepad and searched for HumanStep.ogg. It isn't used.
