Hi guys i am working on a small animation, featuring a demios coverette being attack by several alien fighters, i am using Taristins lizard fighters. I was just wondering if someone could PM me is full name so i can give him proper credit for the models, in the description box on youtube, as i noticed the last time he was on here was backin in 2011.

Typically, username is enough if you don't know real names, but he's been recently active on SG - PMing him directly over there might get his attention, might not.

Yeah, if people wanted their full name in the credits, they would specify it somewhere, like on the release thread, the wiki, a readme in the DL or whatever. There is no problem just going with the username unless specifically asked otherwise, that's what we all use and that's what people expect to find in your credits.
