Launcher problem?

Whenever i open the fso launcher i have this problem... none of the tabs work besides the welcome, features, and registry tab work. The mod, video, speech, network and audio/joystick tab all come up with nothing! i got fs2 from good old games then used to installer to install fsopen to the fs2 directory but i cant use the mods with this problem :( heres a video, change the file extension to .mp4, i couldnt upload it as an mp4...

The installer isn't working properly at the moment. Use these instructions.

oh i just forgot to find the build... thanks. now i have another problem... i selected mediaVPs as the mod, but it didnt work. the graphics look the same (im not mistaking it, ive seen it with mediaVPs) whats up with that? im using the newest one with the regular fs2 campaign

It might be that the mediavps mod.ini file is not setup correctly for your mediavps_3612 directory.

Can you please create & attach a fs2_open.log? (see my signature for details)

Here it is. The game still looks better than normal since the launcher has options for graphic enhancements (Resolution, aa etc.) but I can tell the mod isn't working because the textures are the same and there is no orange stream behind the engines of my ship when I activate the after-burner. I didn't make the profile I was using until I had activated the mod since I read you should have different profiles for different mods/campaigns. To create the log I just started up a mission with the mod on and killed some people then quit. I hope that is good enough.

Have you downloaded & unzipped everything from this thread?

Also, your graphics card drivers might be out of date, when did you last update them?  (from the AMD website, not via Windows Update)
